1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Astrapi Advisors (“Astrapi Advisors,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern all interactions, services, and communications between Astrapi Advisors and its clients (“you,” “your,” or “the client”).

2. Scope of Services

Astrapi Advisors provides consulting and facilitation services, including but not limited to: - Saudi Arabia work, business, and investor visa processing - Business setup and expansion support for foreign entities - Document attestation, degree verification (QVP), and translation coordination - Medical and laboratory appointment coordination for visa processing - Strategic advisory and compliance guidance for U.S. and Saudi market-entry Astrapi Advisors operates solely as a private consulting entity and is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government agency.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to: - Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information for all services requested. - Submit documents and respond to inquiries within reasonable timeframes. - Notify Astrapi Advisors of any changes to provided information or application status. - Understand that Astrapi Advisors cannot alter, expedite, or guarantee outcomes determined by official authorities. Failure to comply may result in delays, rejections, or additional fees.

4. Fees and Payments

Clients will receive a written estimate or invoice before payment is due. - All payments must be completed before service initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Invoices clearly specify Astrapi Advisors’ fees as well as any applicable third-party or government-related costs. - Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes and transfer fees. - A full refund may be requested within 72 hours of payment if no work has begun. - Refunds are not available after 72 hours or once processing has started, except in cases of administrative error or duplicate payment.

5. Processing Times and Service Results

All estimated timeframes are provided as guidelines based on current agency or institutional standards. Astrapi Advisors does not control or guarantee decisions, response times, or approvals issued by embassies, consulates, or third-party entities.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Astrapi Advisors is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Personal and business data is collected solely for service delivery and may be shared only with authorized institutions (e.g., government offices, verification agencies) necessary to complete your request. Data is securely stored and accessed only by authorized staff in compliance with applicable U.S. and international privacy laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Astrapi Advisors shall not be held liable for: - Delays or denials caused by external authorities, courier services, or unforeseen events. - Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All website materials, forms, templates, and content created by Astrapi Advisors are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such materials without express written consent.

9. Amendments

Astrapi Advisors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
